SEX/NUDITY 7 - A man and a woman kiss, they remove each other's clothing, and we see him bare-chested and her in a sheer bra (her nipples are visible) and skimpy lace panties; they kiss, and he kisses her chest and down her abdomen (the scene ends).
 A man sits in an adult theater watching a pornographic movie (we see scantily clad women kissing and caressing each other and moaning), and another man enters the theater, and we hear him moaning (implying that he is masturbating); he then stands up and reveals a penis from under his coat (it is not totally clear whether it is real or a sex aid).
 A bare-chested man and a woman in a robe are shown briefly (it is implied that they might have been having sex. A woman straddles a man sitting on a couch and makes a sexual remark, implying that they are about to have sex (the scene ends).
 A woman wears a very low-cut and tight-fitting top that reveals her ample cleavage. A woman wears a low-cut top that reveals cleavage and leans over her desk as a man walks by. A woman wears a low-cut top that reveals cleavage. Several men are bare-chested and wearing prison garb below the waist.  A woman is in a man's apartment in the morning preparing for work (it is implied that she spent the night with him and that they had sex).
 A man asks another man if he likes having sex with his girlfriend and threatens that someone else will be having sex with her if he does not do what he tells him. A woman asks a man (using crude terms) if he is going to have sex with her. A man approaches two priests and makes accusations about their sexual abuse of young boys. An older man asks a young woman whether she has had her period yet. A man addresses his secretary as "hon." A man watches and whistles at a woman as she walks by.
 A woman shows a man a sonogram picture of the baby that she is carrying.

VIOLENCE/GORE 8 - A man and a woman with their hands bound kneel on a beach, another man shoots them both in the head (blood spurts) and another man holding an ax and a saw leans over the bodies (it is implied that the man cuts the bodies into pieces).
 A man in an elevator is shot in the head (blood sprays on the wall of the elevator car and it pools under him on the floor). Two men are shot in the head (we see bloody wounds and blood pools under them on the floor). A man is shot in the head (blood pours from the wound and pools on the floor). A man shoots a man in the head, and he falls onto a table and then the floor (we see blood on his head).
 We see a man with a bloody abdominal wound, a man shoots him in the chest (the man spits blood and coughs), and the man is then shot in the head and falls back (we see bloody wounds). Two groups of men shoot at each other, and several men are struck (we see blood spurt and one man dies from his wounds later).
 A man wraps a wire around a woman's neck and pulls it tightly, killing her (she was his wife). A man strikes another man on the back and head using a metal pipe (blood spurts into the air).
 A man falls from the roof of a building and crashes onto the ground right in front of a man who's walking (blood sprays on the pedestrian and we see blood on the dead man's face and head).
 A man threatens a store owner while trying to extort money from him, and another man slams him into a glass freezer door and punches him in the face repeatedly (the man doing the punching breaks his hand, and we hear a crack); then he tackles another man and hits him on the head with a hat rack (we see the unconscious, bloody faces of both men). A man hits another man in the face with a gun knocking him to the ground and knocking several teeth out of his mouth (we see the bloody teeth on the floor and blood in his mouth).
 A man strikes a man on the head with a picture frame (we see blood on the man's head), threatens him with a gun and shoots him in the knee (we see bloody bullet hole). A man stabs a man in the chest (he falls to the ground and we see blood on his chest and the ground).
 A man pulls a bloody severed hand out of a plastic bag and removes the ring on its finger. We see two dead men with their hands taped behind them and bloody head wounds. We see a photo of a dead man with a very bloody face and head, and we see another photo of a dead man lying on the ground (one leg is twisted beneath him). A man with very bloody hands and shirtsleeves enters a room.
 A man slams another man's broken hand (it's in a cast) against a table repeatedly, in order to remove the cast, and another man pounds on the man's hand with a shoe (the man screams in pain).
 A man beats a man up by punching him in the stomach and face. A man strikes another man on the head with a glass, breaking the glass and knocking the man to the floor (we see a bloody gash on his head).
 A man holds a gun to a man's head then punches him in the face (we see blood on his face), and then punches him three more times in the face. A man punches a man in the face three times (the man collapses). Two men punch and shove each other while exchanging insults.
 A man shoves another man against a wall and threatens to cut off a piece of his anatomy. A man throws a man against a wall. Several men grab, shake and threaten a man.
 Two groups of men exchange gunfire: many men are shot (blood spurts and sprays), and one man drives a car into a trailer (the car explodes, and the man shoots himself under the chin before he burns).
 Several people fight on a street (it looks like newsreel footage of a riot); punches land and we hear thuds. Police with battering rams and guns drawn raid a house and shove inhabitants to the ground while holding guns on them and yelling. A man holds a gun to a man's head.
 Two groups of armed men meet in an abandoned building, and there is a lot of tension since they yell at each other and posture, but the scene ends with no violence. Heavily armed men enter a building looking for a man.
 A man punches a door in anger (his girlfriend is on the other side of the door). A man is nearly struck by a car while chasing another man. A man throws a plastic toy at a man, striking him in the face.
 A man talks about the possibility of another man coming to kill his family. A man tells another man that people are "going to come and kill you." A man threatens to "kill everybody" in his group. A man talks about another man, "wailing on a gym teacher with a folding chair." A man talks about a man "getting popped." A man makes a passing reference to another man being a member of the IRA.
 We see people gathered and grieving at a couple of funerals.
 A man squishes a bug on a table with his hand (we do not see the bug) and then licks his hand (presumably, eating the bug).

LANGUAGE 10 - 226 F-words and its derivatives, 6 obscene hand gestures, 16 sexual references, 23 scatological terms, 32 anatomical terms, 5 mild obscenities, 3 derogatory terms for Italians, 3 derogatory terms for African-Americans, 1 derogatory term for Irish people, 1 derogatory term for Chinese people, 3 derogatory terms for homosexuals, name-calling (maggot, moron, rat, crazy, stupid, punk), 4 religious profanities, 10 religious exclamations.

SUBSTANCE USE - A man throws a handful of cocaine into a room and watches as a woman presumably snorts it (we do not see her) and he tells her, "Don't come up until you are numb." We see drug paraphernalia on a coffee table (a syringe, spoon and a rubber strap) and a man says he's "high." A man tests a bag of cocaine by tasting it. Two priests and a nun are shown drinking beer with their meal and people are shown drinking alcohol in many scenes throughout the movie. Two men smoke cigarettes and drink beer, a woman smokes while using an oxygen canister, and people are shown smoking cigarettes in many scenes throughout the movie. A man takes prescription drugs (Valium) in several scenes.
