Drama based on the real-life story of former FBI agent Robert Hanssen, who was responsible for selling U.S. military secrets to the Soviets over many years: Agent Eric O'Neill (Ryan Phillippe) is ostensibly working for Hanssen (Chris Cooper), while his real mission is to collect evidence that can be used to indict him for espionage. SEX/NUDITY 6 - A man watches a videotape of a husband and wife having sex (we see thrusting, we hear the woman moaning and we see the man's bare back).
 A husband and wife kiss, they lie back on a bed, continue kissing and we hear that the woman enjoys rough sex (the scene ends). A husband and wife kiss and hug.
 A woman wears a low-cut nightgown that reveals cleavage, bare shoulders and bare back and her husband sits on a bed next to her. A husband and wife lie in bed together, they snuggle and kiss and she wears a top that reveals cleavage.
 A man watches a movie on his computer and remarks about the actress being very appealing (we see a scene where the woman is pulling a sheet up over her and she is presumably nude).
 People talk about a man being a sexual deviant and that he "posts lurid material on a website." We hear that a man likes "strippers." A man talks angrily about people defending gay marriage and homosexuality. A man makes a remark about a woman being beautiful and another man reprimands him because he is married. A man makes a derogatory remark about presuming that another man would be masturbating in his office.

VIOLENCE/GORE 4 - Two men are shot in the back of the head as they walk down a hallway, we hear the shots, see them both convulse and fall to the ground, and we see one lying in a pool of blood later.
 A man pulls a gun out of his sock and begins shooting around another man, nearly hitting him, and they yell at each other. The trunk of a man's car is filled with weapons and ammunition.
 A man is frisked and handcuffed. A man threatens another man. A man is verbally abusive to subordinates. A husband yells at his wife and slams a bottle of alcohol on a table.
 There are several scenes where people are almost discovered while searching through items that belong to a man who returns unexpectedly. A woman yells at a man on a street and they are photographed.
 We hear that a man was sentenced to life in prison and that he was responsible for revealing the identities of secret agents, which led to their executions. We hear that a woman enjoys rough sex. We are told that a man's mother suffers from Parkinson's disease. A man makes a disparaging remark about Senator Hillary Clinton, in terms of her wearing pant suits. People talk about the collapse of the Soviet Empire and a man blames it on their being godless. A man talks angrily about people defending gay marriage and homosexuality.

LANGUAGE 5 - 1 F-word, 6 scatological terms, 4 mild obscenities, 1 derogatory term for homosexuals, name-calling (cocky, imbecile, idiot), 1 religious profanity, 5 religious exclamations.

SUBSTANCE USE - A man drinks alcohol, a husband yells at his wife and slams a bottle of alcohol on a table, and a woman has a bottle of wine on the table for dinner. A man talks about FBI agents not being allowed to drink because they are always on duty, a man talks about his favorite alcoholic beverage, and a woman says that she and her husband met in a bar.
