The members of an Egyptian police band arrive in Israel expecting to be met and taken to their pre-arranged performance. When no one comes for them, they make their own way but are lost in a small village, and since they must wait until morning for a bus they accept the invitation of three of the town's residents to stay with them. SEX/NUDITY 5 - A man hears moaning coming from a room, looks in and sees a young man and a woman having sex (we hear kissing, moaning and see heads bobbing briefly).
 A young man teaches another young man what to do to seduce a woman by touching and caressing his knee and putting his hand around his shoulder; the second young man then touches a young woman's knee, caresses it, puts his arm around her shoulder and kisses her.
 A young man and a young woman dance on roller skates (she wears a tight-fitting dress that reveals cleavage), and she flips her skirt and we see her bare thigh. A woman wears a low-cut top that reveals cleavage. We see a man in a tank top (bare shoulders and back).
 A young man and a young woman kiss.
 A woman tells a man that she sometimes has sex with a married man. A woman appears to be flirting with a man, but he does not reciprocate. A man serenades a woman and compliments her on her eyes. A man sings about being in love. A man talks about when he fell in love with his wife. A man talks about love. A young woman asks a young man to dance, he declines and she cries.

VIOLENCE/GORE 2 - A young man pushes a young woman and she falls to the floor.
 A man talks about his son having committed suicide and that his wife died of a broken heart. A man talks about his wife and when she died. Several family members argue around a dinner table and one of them talks about the fact that they are always fighting. Several men tease another man on whether or not he will be allowed to conduct the band at a performance.

LANGUAGE 5 - 1 F-word, 1 obscene hand gesture, 1 scatological term, 1 anatomical term, 3 mild obscenities, name-calling (gloomy girl, crazy).

SUBSTANCE USE - A woman drinks wine, people eat dinner and drink wine and in several scenes a man drinks alcohol from a small bottle that he carries in his coat and shares it with two other people in one scene. People are shown smoking cigarettes in several scenes.

DISCUSSION TOPICS - Disappointment, doing what is expected of you, love, regrets, ambition, parenting, loneliness, responsibility, unemployment, dignity.

MESSAGE - Difficult situations can sometimes breed unpredictable events.
