SEX/NUDITY 4 - A young woman finds her boyfriend kissing another young woman, in a bra and short skirt (her cleavage, bare abdomen and legs are visible).
 Three young women wear skimpy bikinis in several scenes: In one scene they paint each other's bodies, in another several young men watch them sleep on a swimming pool raft and in another they are asleep with a young man on the raft (he is bare-chested and wearing jockey shorts). A young woman wears a low-cut top that reveals cleavage, bare abdomen and bare shoulders. Young men and young women wear swim attire in several pool scenes. A woman wears low-cut tops that reveal cleavage in a few scenes.
 A young man carves an African fertility statue with an exaggerated phallus.
 A young man and a young woman kiss in several scenes.
 A young man tells another young man about a teacher who practices self-gratification in an empty classroom during the lunch period. Young men talk about wanting more girls in college.

VIOLENCE/GORE 3 - A decayed corpse falls through the ceiling tiles near several people, one of whom screams loudly.
 A car explodes as a man approaches it (he is unharmed but the car is destroyed). A young man opens the trunk of a car and is struck in the face by the door (he falls on the ground). A young man falls off a skateboard and onto a wooden ramp. An explosion pushes a young man back through a doorway (he's OK). People are shown giving themselves electroshock jolts to the head.
 A young man is humiliated by being forced to wear an incontinence pad across his face and we hear later that several young men beat him up (we see his bruised face).
 Four young people walk through an abandoned psychiatric hospital and we see some implements of treatment: Restraints attached to beds, an electroshock machine, etc.
 A bathroom is filthy, smeared with feces, and people react to the odor.
 A young man knocks over a rack of pool cues. A young man practices controlling objects by using his mind (he makes a pineapple move and causes a car to explode).

LANGUAGE 5 - 2 F-words, 19 sexual references, 43 scatological terms, 23 anatomical terms, 26 mild obscenities, name-calling (snot, idiot, retarded, loser), 2 religious profanities, 4 religious exclamations.

SUBSTANCE USE - People drink alcohol in a few party scenes, and people drink champagne at a party. A husband and wife ask their son if he is doing drugs, and a young man says, "Let's start a meth lab."

DISCUSSION TOPICS - Higher education, American education system, learning, university acceptance policies, snobbery, minorities, anti-Semitism, truth, innovation, service industries, sexual repression, rejection, creativity, success, the CIA, ADD, passion, failure, fitting in, contributing to the delinquency of minors, hopes, dreams, innocence, legionnaire's disease, fraternities, hazing, responsibility, employment potential, parental pride/disappointment, sexual harassment, being average, fraud, fake IDs, ruffies (date rape drug), dignity.

MESSAGE - Education is not always just what we learn in a structured classroom environment.

Be aware that while we do our best to avoid spoilers it is impossible to disguise all details and some may reveal crucial plot elements.
